SCHEDULE REMINDER:
There is NO 5:30pm Gymnastics Class or 6:30 CrossFit/OnRamp Class.  
The CrossFit for Dreams Check Presentation and Buddy Ball Game is taking place at 5:45pm down at the Grove City Buddy Ball Dream Field – 3400 Ventura Blvd, Grove City, OH 43123.  Come join us for the check presentation and be a Buddy for the game.

Odd Object Strength:
Running Clock for 20:00
2 Turkish Get ups (2 per side)
4 Touch & Go Axle Bar Power Cleans
60ft Overhead Walking Lunges (100/70)
8 Sandbag or Stone to Shoulder
*This Odd Object Strength is Not for Time, but will have a 20:00 Time Limit.  Move from exercise to exercise at a nice pace.  Focus on the movements and working with some different equipment.  Choose your own weight for the Turkish Get ups, Axle Bar Cleans, and Sandbag/Stone.
