*Start around 65-70% and build to Heavy Single.
Use this as a guide to determine where you are right now so we can use these new numbers as we move forward.
Barbell Conditioning:
Every :90 for 15 Rounds:
1 Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Jerk
*Use between 70%-80% and stay at the same weight for all 15 Rounds.
