SPECIAL NOTICE
Starting Next Wednesday, May 2, and all the Wednesday’s in May (2, 9, 16, 23, 30), the 5:30pm Competitive Class will be a Gymnastics Class.  

Each week the class will focus on a different gymnastics movement and the skills and drills associated with these movements.  All are welcome to join.  Come learn the movement or ways to develop a stronger and more efficient movement.
