Complex does not have to completed unbroken.  This is a conditioning piece to help get us ready to Re-Test the “Beast Builder Benchmark” we completed back on June 12.  Our Re-Test will be on July 31.

30 Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls (75/55) Rx+(95/65)
30 Front Squats
30 Hang Power Cleans
30 Push Press
30 Overhead Squats
*Starting with and every minute on the minute complete 5 Burpees.
Weight stays the same for all exercises.
