Strength: Bench Press
3 Rounds of 3 Drop Sets:

5-10 Reps of Bench Press (Weight A)
5-10 Reps of Bench Press (Weight B)
5-10 Reps of Bench Press (Weight C)
Rest 3:00 between rounds.
*For these Drop Sets choose 3 separate weights – Heaviest(A) to Lightest(C).  Perform 5-10 reps of Weight A, then immediately into 5-10 reps of Weight B, then immediately into 5-10 reps of Weight C.  The weights should be something that you can perform a minimum of 5 reps, when fresh, and no more than 10 reps.  Men drop 20# each set and Ladies Drop 10# each set (Ex: 185-165-145/125-115-105).
Then rest 3:00 between rounds.
