10 Single Leg Weighted Step ups – Right
10 Single Leg Weighted Step ups – Left

10 Odd Object Romanian Deadlifts
10 Single Leg Weighted Step ups – Right
10 Single Leg Weighted Step ups – Left
*Rest as needed between sets.  Use an Odd Object or something weighted for both the Deadlifts and the Step ups.
