6 reps @ 94%
Rest 2:00 between sets.
*This is the second week of four of our Push Press Cycle.  The 94% is taken off of the 10-Rep Max completed on January 24, 2020. 

Metcon:
8 minute AMRAP
1-2-3-4… Clean & Jerks (135/95) (Rx+ 155/105)
2-4-6-8… Pull ups (Rx+ Chest-to-Bar Pull ups)
*Increase the Clean & Jerks by 1 rep each round and the Pull ups by 2 reps each round.

GYMNASTICS CLASS at 5:30pm
