SCHEDULE ANNOUNCEMENT
Sorry for the Late Notice, but there is NO 5:00am Class Tomorrow.  All other Classes are Regular Schedule.

Strength: Deadlifts (Banded)
4 sets of 12:
Banded Deadlifts
*Rest 2:00 between sets.  The purpose of this is to stay under tension the entire time the lift is being moved from bottom to top and top to bottom.

Metcon:
7 minute AMRAP
1-2-3-4… Deadlifts (315/225)
5 Bar Facing Burpees
*Deadlifts increase by 1 rep each round.

Gymnastics Class at 5:30pm 
Come learn a new skill.
