20 Single Dumbbell Box Step ups (50/35)
8 Ring Muscle ups OR 16 Chest to Bar Pull ups
*Must alternate arms with each rep as well as the front leg.

200ft Farmer Carry
Rest :30
200ft Sandbag Carry (Bear Hug)
Rest :30
200ft Kettlebell Front Rack Carry
Rest as need between rounds.
