SCHEDULE ANNOUNCEMENT
There WILL NOT be a 9:00am Class this Wednesday.  All other classes are REGULAR. 
Please plan accordingly.

Core/Midline
Every 1:30 x 7 Rounds: 
10/7 Calorie Assault Bike
10 GHD Sit ups OR 18 Abmat Sit ups

Metcon:
15 minute AMRAP
50 Double Unders
15 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
50 Double Unders
15 Power Cleans* (115/75)
*Reps must be completed in Touch & Go Sets.  All 15 DO NOT have to be Unbroken, but sets must be done in a Touch & Go format. Example: 5-5-5, 6-5-4, etc. Single reps are not permitted.  A 5 Bar Facing Burpee Penalty will be given on each single rep.
