Bike, Row, or Ski (Athlete choice)
At the 2:00, complete 6-8 Chest-to-Bar Pull ups
At the 4:00, complete 8-10 Chest-to-Bar Pull ups
At the 6:00, complete 10-12 Chest-to-Bar Pull ups
At the 8:00, complete 8-10 Chest-to-Bar Pull ups
At the 10:00, complete 6-8 Chest-to-Bar Pull ups
*The Chest-to-Bar Pull ups should be a number that you can complete either Unbroken or in two sets – Try not to spend more than :30-:40 at the pull ups.
