B. Handstands
Rx:
1. 2 x 10 Wall Walks – get chest to wall
2. 2 x 20 Shoulder Taps
Scaled:
1. 2 x 5 Wall Walks – chest as close to wall as possible
2. 2 x :45 Handstand Hold – start moving hands

Metcon;
8 minute AMRAP
3 Wall Balls (20lb/14lb)
1 Muscle up
6 Wall Balls
2 Muscle ups
9 Wall Balls
3 Muscle ups
etc…continuing to add 3 Wall Balls each round and 1 Muscle up.
