Team WOD
In teams of 3, complete the following:
2 Rounds for each person:
30 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
30 Kettlebell Swings (53lb/35lb)
20 Burpees
20 Hang Cleans (135lb/95lb)
10 Pull ups
10 Front Squats (165lb/115lb)
(Complete this in a follow the leader format.  Athletes cannot pass each other or start on an exercise until the athlete in front has moved forward.  Start at one end of gym and move through the exercises.  Each team needs 2 barbells.)
