Teams of 2 complete the following:
For time using a :30 interval clock (:30 on/:30 off)
200 Double Unders
50 Hang Power Snatch (115/75)
100 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
50 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
200 Double Unders
*Athletes will alternate working and resting every :30.  Athlete 1 will work the first :30 while Athlete 2 rest.  At the :30 beep, Athlete 2 will work while Athlete 1 rest.  Continue this pattern until all work is completed.
