Odd Object Conditioning:
10 minute AMRAP
60ft Sled Push
*Split up into 2 teams.  Then divide your team into 2 and put half at one end and the other half at the other end.  Push the sled back and forth for the 10 minutes.

Partner WOD
Teams of 2 complete the following:
2000m Row
50 Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35)
30 Tire Flips
50 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
2000m Run
*Partition the Row, Thrusters, Swings, and Run as needed between partners.
30 minute cap
