then,

2 Wall Climbs
15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
45 Double Unders
then,
400m Run (as a team)
then,
2 Rounds (1 Rnd each person)
3 Wall Climbs
20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
60 Double Unders
*Partners will alternate rounds when working on that piece of the workout.  Runs must be completed together.
