REMINDER:
CrossFit Open 17.5 Heats will start around 10:00am.
This is the last weekend of this schedule and then we will be going back to our regular class schedule for Saturdays, with the addition of Yoga Class at 11:00am.  Please let staff know if you are interested in signing up for Yoga.  Pricing is as follows: 5 Classes for $35 (Members), $50 (Non-Members), or $10 for a Drop In.

Partner WOD
Teams of 2, work together to complete the following:
1000m Run (switch every 200m)
50 Burpee Pull ups
25 Front Squats (185lb/125lb) (from the floor)
1000m Sled Drag (135lb/95lb) (switch as needed)
50 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
25 Wall Climbs
*40 minute time cap
*Only 1 athlete working at a time.  Athletes can switch as needed.
