100 Calorie Row
*Partition reps as needed between partners.

Skill/Accessory:
10 minutes – practice rounds of:
30-50 Double Unders
50ft Handstand Walk or X# of Handstand Push ups*
*Athlete’s choice on the # and style of Handstand Push ups
