Partner WOD
Teams of 2 complete the following:
“CF Open 18.1 WOD” – Partner Style
20 minute AMRAP
8 Toes-to-Bar
10 Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerk (50/35) (5 per side)
14/12 Calorie Row
*Partner 1 starts.  Once they complete an exercise and move on, Partner 2 can start.  Partner 2 cannot pass Partner 1 or start an exercise until Partner 1 has moved on.

Accessory:
Work on a weakness for 10-15 minutes
