*1 person holds a handstand hold, 1 person on bike, 1 person resting: switch when handstand falls.
75 Power Snatch (95/65)
10 Rope Climbs (15′)
120/100 Calorie Row
*1 person holds a wall sit, 1 person on rower, 1 person resting: switch when wall sit falls.
75 Clean & Jerks (135/95)
10 Rope Climbs
120/100 Calorie Ski
*1 person hangs from pull up bar, 1 person on ski erg, 1 person resting: switch when fall from bar.
75 Deadlifts (185/125)
10 Rope Climbs
*Partition reps on Snatches, Clean & Jerks, Deadlifts, and Rope Climbs as needed between the 3 people.  During the calories, 2 people will be doing something while 3rd person is resting.
