10 Calorie Row
10 Wall Balls (30/20)
*Partner 1 completes a full round, then Partner 2 goes.  Alternate rounds for the 20 minutes.

7 minute AMRAP
2 Power Cleans (135/95) – Partner 1
2 Handstand Push ups – Partner 2
4 Power Cleans – Partner 2
4 Handstand Push ups – Partner 1
6 Power Cleans – Partner 1
6 Handstand Push ups – Partner 2
8 Power Cleans – Partner 2
8 Handstand Push ups – Partner 1
…And continue this pattern for the 7 minutes.
