Partner WOD
In teams of 2-3, complete the following:

“Roach”
28 minute AMRAP
112 Thrusters (95/65)
400m Run (together) or 500m Row
84 Partner Facing Burpees*
400m Run (together) or 500m Row
56 GHD Sit ups
400m Run (together) or 500m Row
28 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
400m Run (together) or 500m Row
*On the Burpees, one partner lays on the ground while the other partner completes burpees over them, just like Bar Facing Burpees.  Partition reps as needed between team members.  Team members must run together if decide to run.
