Partner WOD
In teams of 2 complete the following:

A. 10 minute AMRAP
Follow-the-Leader format
250m Row
100ft Sled Push (235/190) (50 down/ 50 back)
5 Tire Flips (as a team)
*In a follow-the-leader format, each athlete completes the row and sled push, and then together flip the tires.  Complete as many rounds in the 10 minutes.  Both athletes must finish the entire round for a round to count towards the score.

Rest 3:00

B. 30-20-10 reps of:
Shoulder to Overhead (155/105)
Burpee Box Jump Overs
*10 minute cap.  Athletes can partition reps as needed.

Rest 3:00

C. 10 minute AMRAP
100 Double Kettlebell Deadlifts (70/53)
AMRAP Calories on Assault Bike while holding Double KB Front Rack (53/35) – this means LEGS ONLY!
