42 Synchronized Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
21 Synchronized Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35)
75 Double Unders (each)
50 Calorie Bike
30 Synchronized Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
15 Synchronized Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters
50 Double Unders (each)
50 Calorie Bike
18 Synchronized Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
9 Synchronized Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35)
25 Double Unders (each)
(30:00 time cap)
*Teammates can partition the Bike as needed.  Both the Snatches and Thrusters must be synchronized.  Each teammate must complete the Double Unders, but athletes can work at the same time on this movement.
