EQUIPMENT VERSION

Partner WOD (Zoom Style)
In teams of 2 complete the following:
100 Double Unders
100 Push ups
100 Plate Squat Cleans
100 Double Unders
100 Sit ups
100 Plate Ground to Overhead
100 Double Unders
100 Dips
100 Overhead Plate Lunges
100 Double Unders
*Partners can partition reps as needed.  We will assign partners on the Zoom Workout tomorrow.


NO EQUIPMENT VERSION

Partner WOD (Zoom Style)
In teams of 2 complete the following:
150 Line Hops (Over & Back = 1)
100 Push ups
100 Odd Object Squat Cleans
150 Line Hops
100 Sit ups
100 Odd Object Ground to Overhead
150 Line Hops
100 Dips
100 Odd Object Lunges
150 Line Hops
*Partners can partition reps as needed.  We will assign partners on the Zoom Workout tomorrow.
