Teams of 3 complete the following:
1. Every 2:00 x 6 Rounds: (2 Rounds each)
20/15 Calorie Row
Max Distance Overhead Medicine Ball Lunges (20/14)
*Athlete 1 will have 2:00 to complete the calorie row + max distance lunges.  At the 2:00, Athlete 2 will go and at 4:00, Athlete 3 will go.  Complete this format till all 3 athletes have completed 2 rounds.

3:00 Rest

2. 12:00 AMRAP
50 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
35 Toes-to-Rings
20 Burpees Over Dumbbell
*Partition reps as needed.

3. For time:
100 Single Dumbbell Box Step ups (50/35 @ 24″/20″)
*Every switch complete 15 Synchronized Hand-Release Push ups as a team.
(12:00 cap)
