Partner WOD
In teams of 2 complete the following:
A. 0:00 – 9:00
Establish 3-Rep Front Squat (from the floor)
*Each athlete must establish a 3-Rep Front Squat.  Barbell must be taken from the floor.  Athletes can help load and unload each others plates.  Score = Total accumulative weight 

9:00 – 12:00
Rest

B. 12:00 – 22:00
100 Double Unders
50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
100 Double Unders
50 Single Arm Dumbbell Step Overs (50/35 @ 24”/20”)
100 Double Unders
50 Alternating Dumbbell Clean & Jerks (50/35)
*Partners can partition reps as needed.  Only 1 Athlete working at a time. Dumbbell must be in hang position on the Step Overs  

22:00 – 25:00
Rest

C. 25:00 – 45:00
3 Rounds of:
10 Partner Deadlifts (315/225)
15 Synchronized Hand-Release Push ups
*Both Athletes will lift the bar together on the Deadlifts.  Push ups must be synchronized at the bottom and top.

Then,

2 Rounds of:
20 Pull ups (partner hangs from bar)
30 Synchronized Air Squats
*Athletes can partition the pull ups as needed, but 2nd partner must be hanging in order for reps to count.  Air Squats must be synchronized.

Then,

1 Round of:
40 Toes-to-Bar
400m Row (each)
*Athletes can partition the Toes-to-Bar as needed.  Each athlete must row 400m.  Must use same rower.  Time is complete when 2nd Athlete finishes their row.
