SATURDAY WOD

Todays WOD is in support of Katie and Simon Davis as we get ready to welcome their new baby.  We ask that you please bring a package of diapers or wipes to help them out.  WOD starts at 9:00am.  Come out and show your support.

Team WOD – “Baby Davis”
Teams of 3 complete the following:

9 Rounds of:
1 Team Lap of Gym (carrying Medicine Ball)
36 Thrusters (45/35) (how baby is made, hehe)
36 Medicine Ball Sit ups (20/14) (get ready for delivery)
36 Medicine Ball Step ups (20/14 @ 24″/20″) – Ball at stomach (get use to carrying that baby)
*Before each round, the team must complete a lap together around the gym carrying their baby – Medicine Ball. **Team can partition reps as needed.  Must keep the Medicine Ball with you at all times – THIS IS YOUR BABY!!!  If Medicine Ball touches the ground at any point, teammates must perform a 10 Burpee Penalty.
