In teams of 3 complete:
100 Double Unders
90 Calorie Row
80 Deficit Plate Push ups
70 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
60 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
50ft OH Walking Plate Lunges – each team member (45/35)
60 Dumbbell Snatches
70 Box Jump Overs
80 Deficit Plate Push ups
90 Calorie Row
100 Double Unders
*Team members will rotate working every :45 except during the OH Walking Lunges.  Each team member must complete this going 1 member at a time.
