Team WOD
Teams of 3 complete the following:
3 Rounds of:
20 Partner Tire Flips
60 Calorie Row
then,
100 Hand-Release Push Ups
100 Goblet Squats (53/35)
100 Pull ups
100 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
100 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
*Team members can partition the work as needed between all three members.  Each team member must row at least 10 Calories each round.  During the 100’s, the team is responsible for keeping the Kettlebells with them at all times and it must be off the ground.  If either Kettlebell touches the ground at any time, each team member must complete 5 burpees before continuing work.
