Team WOD
In teams of 3-4 complete the following:
5,000m Row (one person always rowing)
…while other team members are completing:
120 Double Unders
100 Wall Balls (20/14)
80 Pull ups
60 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
40 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
60 Alternating Dumbbell Clean & Press (50/35)
80 Calorie Assault Bike
100 Goblet Squats (53/35)
120 Double Unders
*Teams will consist of 2 guys/2 girls and will be stationed at one end of the gym and will tag in and out working together to complete this Team WOD.  One team member must always be on the rower while the others are working through the other exercises.  Athletes can partition reps as needed, but must keep the same rotation an the rower.  Teams must complete the 5,000m Row, along with all the reps.  A 25:00 time cap will be given.
