SCHEDULE ANNOUNCEMENT
There is NO OPEN GYM or OLYMPIC LIFTING TODAY. 
There is ONLY the 9:00am CrossFit Class.

Partner WOD
Teams of 2 complete the following:
500 Double Unders* (1000 Single Unders)
15 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees
1000m Ski Erg
15 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees
2-mile Bike
15 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees
*There is a 10:00 cap for the Double Unders and/or Single Unders.  If not finished with the jump rope at the 10:00 mark, move on. 
Partners can partition work as needed.  Burpees must be completed together.
