Partner WOD
Teams of 2 complete the following for time: (30:00 cap)
2000m/1750m Row* (must switch every 250m)
100 Alternating Wall Balls (20/14)
50 Toes-to-Bar (Partner hangs from Bar)
100 Alternating Wall Balls
2000m/1750m Row
*Non rowing partner must complete a 200ft Double Kettlebell Front Rack Carry before switching on rower.  When moving from rowers to Wall Balls, team must carry the Kettlebells in the Front Rack to the Wall Ball Target area.  Kettlebells must be with you at all times.
