Yoga is at 11:00am.

50 Wall Balls (20lb/14lb)

50 Wall Balls
50 Deadlifts
50 Box Jumps Overs
50 Calorie Row
*Remember, you must switch every 10 reps.  There is a 21 minute time cap for this workout.
