75 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
100 Single-Arm Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges (50/35)
200 Double Unders
100 Single-Arm Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges
75 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
50 Dumbbell Burpee Box Step Overs
