ANNOUNCEMENT:
Due to not enough sign ups, The Self Defense Class that was scheduled for 11:00am has been CANCELLED for today.

Team WOD – “Super Bowl Sunday”
Teams of 3 complete the following workouts to earn points.  Entire workout must be completed to receive the valued points; partial points will not be given.  Partners can partition reps as needed, but only 1 person can work at a time.  The “Touch Downs” and “Field Goals” can be completed in any order.  Pick your workout and go.  Once you finish one, move on to another.  You CANNOT REPEAT a workout.
First Half – 20:00 time cap
Halftime – 5:00 Rest
Second Half – 20:00 time cap

“Touch Down #1”
1 Mile Ski Erg (1609m)
100 Ball Slams (30lb/20lb)
200 Air Squats
*Score = 7 points

“Touch Down #2”
4 mile Bike
25 Thrusters (95lb/65lb) (per person)
*Score = 7 points

“Touch Down #3”
10,000lb/8,000lb Ground to Overhead
All athletes must use the same weight.

3 Rounds of:

10 Squat Cleans (135lb/95lb)
20 Handstand Push ups
30 Toes-to-Bar

100 Pull ups

“Field Goal #2”
100 Bar Facing Burpees
*Score = 3 points

“Field Goal #3”
2 Rounds of:
50 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
50 Kettlebell Swings (53lb/35lb)

15 Rope Climbs (15′)
