KidsFit

 

The KidsFit Program is a youth based CrossFit Class for children ranging from 6 to 12 years old. The program focuses on teaching young athletes body mechanics and proper movement patterns. Young athletes will learn a variety of skills that will help them in everyday lives, including, strength, speed, coordination, balance, agility, and flexibility. Classes are designed very similar to our adult CrossFit Classes, but at a much more scaled down version. Not only will this program help these kids athletically, but it will also build their confidence both on and off the playing field.
