Everyone’s path to health and fitness is different. Everyone’s time and financial demands are different. If our class times do not match your particular needs or if you have a desired goal you would like to accomplish, we can work with you in a one-on-one basis.
Personal Training with us can be utilized by anyone. We have members that train solely through one-on-one sessions as well as members that want to get specialized training to help them through their specific needs. We can help guide you in regards to losing weight, improving overall health, Olympic lifting, running or rowing, building strength or maybe developing your gymnastics skills. All of our sessions can be tailored to your specific goals.
$50 per 1-hour session.
Sessions can be purchased on a single session basis or in a group package.
