Kyle Hanigosky graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2006 with a Bachelors of Urban Planning Degree from the school of Design Art Architecture and Planning (DAAP).

Kyle is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and has CPR certification through the American Red Cross. In 2012 Kyle became a CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) Trainer.Kyle has more than 16 years of personal experience in weightlifting, resistance training, and cardiovascular training.  He is knowledgeable in the areas of weightlifting, power lifting, resistance training, functional dynamic training, strength training, cardiovascular exercise, balance and stability training, and personal nutrition.

Since 2010 Kyle has worked as a personal trainer.  Kyle has worked with and trained more than 115 clients ranging from the ages of 14 to 75.Fitness became a part of Kyle’s life at a very young age when he played a variety of sports.  At an early age he had a desire to be active and try any and all sports, whether it be soccer, basketball or football.  It wasn’t until high school that Kyle become interested in weight training.  He was never the “big kid” on the team, so he decided to do something about it and religiously hit the weights starting his freshman year.  He hasn’t stopped.  Kyle’s passion for the gym is what drove him to become a personal trainer.  He continues to share his love for working out and training with those around him.
