“Parsley and Brown” – a version of Filthy Fifty with a twist
2 Rounds of: (35 min cap)
In teams of 2, complete the following by switching every 0:42. 
50 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
50 Pull ups
50 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
50 Front Rack KB Lunges (53/35)
50 Knees-to-Elbow
50 Push Press (75/55)
50 Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls (75/55)
50 Wall Balls (20/14)
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders
*Athletes will work together to complete the 2 Rounds.  Athlete 1 will work for 0:42 while Athlete 2 rest, then switch at the next 0:42 interval.  Alternate back and forth from working to resting every interval.
