Join us for Memorial Day “Murph” or other HERO WODs.

“Murph”
1 mile Run
100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
*Partition the Pull ups, Push ups, and Squats as needed.  If you have a 20lb vest, wear it.

Here are a few other HERO WODs that you can choose from if you’re not feeling the “Murph” vibe.  Choose one or two and lets get after it!
