Week #8: Open Prep Strength & Conditioning Program
This is it Folks!  The CrossFit Open is HERE and upon us.  This week we will dial things back a bit and focus on preparing for the first Open Workout.  We will still have Strengths, but we are not going above 90% and our Metcons have been reduced in volume.  Keep working hard, but make sure you are resting well and are preparing for 18.1!

Strength: Back Squats
5 @ 70%
3 @ 80%
1 @ 90%
3 @ 80%
5 @ 70%

20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
20 Kettlebell Step ups (20″)
20 Goblet Squats (53/35)
