MONDAY WOD

Strength: (Week #1)
Today begins another Strength Cycle, but this will be more of a maintenance cycle as we are currently in the CrossFit Open.  This will run approximately four to five weeks.  Please try and keep record of the weights that you do. 
A. Power Cleans: 5 x 3
*Work to a heavy triple for the day
B. Back Squats:
EMOM x 10: 3 Reps @ 70%

Metcon: CrossFit Open WOD 11.4
10 minute AMRAP
60 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Overhead Squats (120lb/90lb)
10 Muscle ups
