On the 1:30 x 7 Rounds
3 Squat Snatches
*Start around 60-65% and build from there.  Don’t exceed 90%. 
*Snatches do not have to be touch and go, but quick singles.

Chest-to-Bar Pull ups*
*Scale = 2:1 Jumping Chest to Bar

15 Strict Toes-to-Bar
