A. Ring Push ups
8 x :20 on/:10 off

B. Toes-to-Rings
3 x 10

Strength:
Jerk EMOM
Complete 2 reps every minute till failure
*Complete a minimum of 6 rounds.  Choose own starting weight.  Men add 10-20lb and Women add 5-10lb per minute.

Metcon:
3 Rounds for time:
12 Front Squats (185/125)*
500m Row
12 Handstand Push ups (Rx+ Deficit 4″/2′)
*Squats must come from the floor.
