Strength: Back Squats
10-8-6-4-2
Every 3:00 x 5 sets:
Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 8 Reps
Set 3: 6 Reps
Set 4: 4 Reps
Set 5: 2 Reps
*This is a continuation from our Squat Stamina Cycle.  The Goal of this would be to continue to build from where we left off.  Try and use the weight from last week (Week #8) for your set of 6 Back Squats today.  For the Set of 10 and 8, use weights from previous weeks.  After your set of 6, try and build to a Heavy 2-Rep.
