Every 2:00 x 7 sets:
2 Front Squats
4 Back Squats
*Use the same weight from Week #2.

Metcon:
4 Rounds for time:
3 Ring Muscle ups
6 Toes-to-Rings
200m Run

OR

4 Rounds for time:
6 Chest-to-Bar Pull ups
6 Toes-to-Bar
200m Run

*Goal is to complete the Ring Muscle ups & Toes-to-Rings OR the Chest-to-Bar Pull ups & Toes-to-Bar as a large complex without coming off the rings or off the bar.
Each workout has a 12:00 cap.
