Today we honor all of the men and women who have served or are currently serving in our Armed Forces.  We complete these workouts in your honor.  We Thank You for your service so we can be here today.

10:00am HERO WOD
“Glen”
30 Clean & Jerks (135lb/95lb)
1 mile Run
10 Rope Climbs (15′)
1 mile Run
100 Burpees

11:00am HERO WOD
“Murph”
1 mile Run
100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run
*Partition the pull ups, push ups, and air squats as needed.  If you have a 20lb weighted vest or body armor, wear it.

12:00pm HERO WOD
“Big Sexy”
5 Rounds of:
6 Deadlifts (315lb/225lb)
6 Burpees
5 Cleans (225lb/135lb)
5 Chest-to-Bar Pull ups
4 Thrusters (155lb/115lb)
4 Ring Muscle ups
