Strength: Squat Stamina (Week #5)
A. Front Squats
5 x 1
*Rest as needed between sets.
B. Back Squats
5 x 2
*Rest as needed between sets.
*Week #5 of our Squat Stamina Cycle consists of 5 sets of 1 rep of Front Squats and 5 sets of 2 reps of Back Squats. The goal is to still increase the weight by 5 – 20# from last week. These squats are not on an interval clock. Work through these at your own pace giving yourself the needed rest between sets. Complete all 5 Single Front Squats before moving into the 5 sets of 2 Back Squats.

5 Squat Clean Thrusters (135/95)
3-6-9-12… and so of:
Hand-Release Push ups
*Increase by 3 reps of the Hand-Release Push ups each round. Squat Clean Thrusters stay at 5 reps each round.
