Strength: Snatch Balance
Every 1:30 x 5 sets:
2 Snatch Balances
*Progressive loading if possible.

Metcon:
With a 10:00 Time Cap:

21-15-9 reps of:
Squat Snatch (95/65)
Chest-to-Bar Pull ups
*After completion or cap, until the 13:00 minute mark:
Build to a Heavy Single Snatch (Power or Squat)
*There is a 10:00 cap on the 21-15-9 portion, once finished with the 21-15-9, you can start building to a Heavy Single Snatch until 13:00.  At the 9:00 mark, athletes must start on the Heavy Snatch.  Total time cap on workout is 13:00.
